Workplace Operations Coordinator - London
Brave is on a mission to protect the human right to privacy online. We’ve built a free web browser that blocks creepy ads and trackers by default, a private search engine with a truly independent index, a browser-native Web3 wallet, and a private Ad Platform that directly rewards you for your attention. And we’re just getting started. Already more than 110 million people have switched to Brave for a faster, more private web. Millions more switch every month.
We're looking for a Workplace Operations Coordinator to keep our European offices running smoothly and serve as the go-to link between our teams in Europe and our HR/Finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, people-oriented, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats. This will be an in-person role in our London office.

Brave is Fully Remote and hires globally. Its open roles are posted for locations including Anywhere, Remote, the USA, North America, and the USA and EU. One recent Senior Ad Sales Director role, for example, considered candidates based in the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, or France.
Most are. Brave operates as a fully remote team with no office, but a small number of roles are location-bound exceptions, such as a UK-based hybrid IT Support Engineer role and an onsite Workplace Operations Coordinator role in London.
Brave lists unlimited paid vacation, an equity grant for every employee, a generous 401(k) and regional retirement plans, travel and conference budgets for professional development, and generous home-office stipends.
Only partially. Some US roles include a compensation line in the job posting, but most engineering and other roles do not display a range. For instance, a Senior Ad Sales Director listing showed a 150-160K x 2 OTE figure, while many other roles list no range at all.
People who are self-directed and comfortable with an async, low-meeting rhythm. Brave runs a flat structure with minimal meetings, so work leans on individual ownership. Because every employee receives equity, it also suits people who want a direct stake in the company's privacy mission.
