Learning is the only human superpower. It’s how knowledge becomes skill, transformation, and meaningful progress.
At LearnWorlds, our vision is to enable individuals, businesses, and communities to leverage the power of learning to improve lives and help build a brighter future for everyone. Our mission is to be the most adaptable e-learning platform for modern organizations with complex and evolving business models.
We are growing our sales team and looking for an Account Executive based in Latin America to sell primarily into the North American market.
This is a full-cycle role for someone who knows how to qualify well, run strong discovery, demonstrate a SaaS product around the buyer's real use case, and move deals forward with discipline. You will work a meaningful volume of inbound opportunities, while also creating pipeline through targeted outbound and account-based activity.
You should be comfortable selling to both growing businesses and larger organizations, speaking with senior stakeholders, and deciding quickly when an opportunity is worth pursuing and when it is not.
We want salespeople who are curious, commercially aware, and comfortable being accountable for the quality of their pipeline.
Good selling here starts with understanding what the customer is trying to change. From there, you decide whether LearnWorlds is a strong fit and help the right opportunities make a clear buying decision. Long demos and busy pipelines are not the goal.
This role is remote and open to candidates based in Latin America. Your primary market will be North America, so your schedule must provide reliable overlap with US business hours. Some flexibility for later meetings may be needed when working with prospects on the US West Coast.

LearnWorlds hires primarily across Europe, with office hubs in Athens, Crete, and Limassol (Cyprus). Recent openings have been posted in Greece, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, and roles are typically advertised as remote within Europe or the wider EMEA region rather than worldwide.
The careers page describes a four-step process: an initial call with a recruiter, a take-home assignment relevant to the role, an interview with the hiring team or manager, and a final meeting with one of the founders. Founders sitting in on the last round is consistent with the company's flat hierarchy — leadership stays close to hiring decisions.
Yes, if you are based in the EU/EEA. LearnWorlds provides the applicable salary range for the position before the job interview, determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria including role, level, and employment location. Salaries are not posted on public job listings, so expect the range to come from the recruiter rather than the ad.
The careers page lists 23 days of paid time off, private health and life insurance, an annual home-office allowance to set up your workspace, a company laptop, and three early summer Fridays in July and August. For growth, there is continuous training with access to books, resources, and conferences, and the fully remote team comes together for company retreats and other onsite team activities.
Yes. Flexible hours are offered to every employee, and the culture explicitly centers work-life balance. Outside of team meetings a few times a year, employees structure their own day and choose whether to work from home or drop into one of the offices.
