Curriculum Developer: Data Center Technician (contract; part time)
Correlation One is the largest provider of AI and data workforce development programs globally, having trained over 500,000 professionals across 11 countries. As the largest training provider for Amazon Career Choice, and a growing partner to state governments building registered apprenticeship programs, Correlation One sits at the intersection of employer talent needs and scalable workforce training.
We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal and state government agencies, and leading employers to close skills gaps in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership. Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.
The Curriculum Developer will support the content development needs of Correlation One's Data Center Technician program, a certification preparation course aligned to the EXIN/EPI Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP®) exam. This person will work from existing lesson outlines and a structured GenAI (Claude)-based development workflow to draft, refine, and finalize ready-to-use Codio lessons, labs, and assessments. A successful curriculum developer will have experience in content development (technical content preferred), adult education and pedagogy, and hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools for drafting and iteration. Data center or IT infrastructure knowledge is a nice-to-have but not required. The ideal candidate will be an excellent educator with experience designing learning experiences for adult learners with varied (including beginner) knowledge and skills.

Roles are region-locked rather than open worldwide. Current openings are spread across NAMER, EMEA, Latin America, MENA, and Asia-Pacific, including postings tied to Canada, Mexico, and Japan. Each posting is assigned to a specific region, so check the region noted on a job before applying.
Because much of the team delivers training programs, many openings are Lead Instructor, Curriculum Developer, and Career Success Coach roles spanning data, cybersecurity, AI, and other technical skills. The company also hires for engineering, sales roles such as Account Executives and Client Partnerships, and recruiting.
Coverage includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and equity. Time off is flexible, with unlimited PTO, parental leave, and a company-wide shutdown for the final week of the year. Remote-specific perks include a work-from-home stipend, mental health support, and free access to Correlation One's own data and AI training programs.
Correlation One has flagged fraudulent accounts impersonating the company, including fake Curriculum Developer and Instructional Designer postings. Every genuine opening is listed on the official careers page at correlation-one.com/careers, so verify a role there before sharing any personal information.
Correlation One builds data, digital, and AI training programs that are free for learners because employers and governments fund them. Partners include Amazon, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor, and USAID, so the work supports large-scale workforce and public-sector programs.
