Sales team’s mission?
営業チームは様々なインターナルチームやパートナー様と協業しながら、お客様にSnowflakeの価値や魅力を伝えていくと共に、長期的なデータ戦略のアドバイザーとして活動しております。
日本のフィールドセールスチームは顧客サイズや業界ごとにチームを分けて活動しております。ビジネスの拡大に伴い、エンタープライズアカウントを担当頂ける優秀な方を募集しております。一緒に日本市場をSnowflakeで盛り上げていきませんか？
The impact you will make:

• Snowflake製品のエキスパートになり、ディスカバリーコール、カスタマイズデモ、見込み顧客へのプレゼンテーションを実施する。
• お客様の既存および将来のITロードマップを理解することで、信頼できるアドバイザーとなり、Snowflakeのソリューションを市場内で推進する。
• 見込み客の認定、新規顧客の開拓、継続的な既存顧客の開拓。
• 担当アカウントの販売機会の獲得及び導入、拡大、深耕。
• ターゲットとなる見込み客リストとアカウントプランを用いて、営業戦略を策定し、四半期および年次ベースで、割り当てられたアカウント／テリトリーにおける売上目標達成を達成する。
• CxO、ITエグゼクティブ、LOBエグゼクティブ、および他の主要なステークホルダーと密接な関係を築き、信頼を構築。
• セールス エンジニアリング、プロフェッショナル サービス、マーケティング、パートナーを含むクロスファンクショナル・チームと緊密に連携する。

Who you are：

• SaaS業界で自動車業界に対して６年以上のフィールドセールス経験。
• 新規顧客との関係構築、管理、開発、契約締結までの一連の流れに長けた方。
• クリエイティブな見込み客発掘力を活かして、戦略的に新規ビジネスを開拓した経験。
• アカウントプランや営業戦略を自発的に立てられる。
• 顧客の課題を的確に把握し、適切なソリューションとその期待効果をバリューセリングした経験。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびプレゼンテーション能力。
• エグゼクティブ層に直接アプローチでき、長期的な関係性を構築できる力。
• データテクノロジーへのパッション、自発的に業界の勉強しながら最新のトレンドをキャッチできる洞察力。
• 社内外問わず適切な人をいかに巻き込み、より大きく、より早く、事を成し遂げられる能力や経験。
• 様々な部署と上手に連携できて、お互いサポートする「One Team」マインドセットを持っている方。
• ビジネス英語ができる方歓迎。
