Founding Enrollment Marketing Strategist
Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.
Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.
We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.
We’re hiring a Founding Enrollment Marketing Strategist to own enrollment strategy for Leap’s largest and most strategic clients.
You’ll work closely with Client Success, Member Activation, Data, Design, Product, and Clinical Operations to develop and execute client-specific strategies that increase member engagement and drive enrollment. That may include communications, targeting, employer channels, incentives, benefit design, or changes to the member journey.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment, combines strong strategic and analytical judgment with a bias toward execution, and is excited to build from the ground up. This is a highly independent, senior individual contributor role today, with the opportunity to build the Enrollment Marketing function and team over time.
Serve as the enrollment marketing lead for a portfolio of large, strategically important employer and health plan clients. Build the awareness, engagement, and activation strategy for each account, and own the enrollment forecast and results across your book of business.
Go deep on client, member, and funnel data to understand where performance is breaking down on a specific account. Determine the source of the problem and develop a focused plan to address it.
Determine the right combination of communications, targeting, employer channels, incentives, benefit design, executive sponsorship, and member experience interventions for each account. Run bespoke pilots at your accounts, and feed what works back to the Lifecycle team so it can be tested and scaled across the base.
Partner closely with Client Success and directly with client stakeholders to recommend changes that improve enrollment. Build the analytical and strategic case for those changes and help clients navigate internal stakeholders, approvals, and implementation.
Work across Member Activation & Lifecycle Growth, Marketing Operations, Data, Design, Product, Clinical Operations, and Client Success to turn client strategies into action. Ensure the centralized teams understand what each client needs while keeping execution focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
Create the operating model, measurement frameworks, processes, tools, and client segmentation approach required to scale enrollment strategy across an increasingly large and complex customer base. Over time, help determine where we need additional enrollment strategists and build the team around you.
You can take a complicated growth problem, identify the variables that matter, analyze the available data, and develop a sharp point of view on what should happen next. You are comfortable being accountable for an outcome even when there is no obvious playbook.
You have 6+ years of experience in enrollment marketing, growth, lifecycle marketing, consumer strategy, client marketing, or a related discipline. You have worked on programs designed to influence consumer behavior and can point to measurable improvements you helped drive.
You have experience working directly with large enterprise customers or similarly complex stakeholders. You know how to move from analysis to recommendation to client buy-in.
You understand that enrollment is not simply a marketing metric. It drives member impact, client ROI, and Leap’s financial performance. You naturally prioritize initiatives based on the size of the opportunity and are comfortable being held accountable for results.
You operate at both 30,000 feet and in the details. You can develop the strategy for a major client and then dive into the details of a campaign, data analysis, presentation, or implementation issue when that is what it takes to get the result.
You can lead complex work across teams that do not report to you. You create clarity, establish priorities, maintain momentum, and know when to escalate a blocker.
You are excited to join before the function is fully defined. You want to create the playbooks, processes, and team rather than inherit them. You’re excited to be a senior individual contributor today and to build an exceptional Enrollment Marketing organization over time.
At Leap, we’re building an outlier company with real impact — and that takes focus, energy, and commitment. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
Leap is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. We’re committed to building a team that reflects a diversity of perspectives, experiences, and identities.

Leap hires remotely across the United States. Most roles are fully remote, and a small number of New York City roles are listed as hybrid tied to the Manhattan hub. There is no hiring outside the US.
Salaried roles include equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, a One Medical primary-care membership, Talkspace mental health support, and Kindbody fertility and family-building coverage. Leap also offers a 401(k), flexible PTO with paid parental leave, and, after your first anniversary, up to a $1,000 annual professional development reimbursement.
Leap is hiring across clinical operations and care coordination, engineering and data, sales and partnerships, marketing, and finance. Several openings are founding roles, reflecting an early-stage team that is scaling quickly.
Leap publishes salary ranges with equity on many of its job postings and states that individual pay is set by factors including experience, location, and internal pay equity. It does not publish a formal location-tier pay structure.
Leap describes its team as mission-driven builders who want to be on the right side of healthcare. Many roles involve patient intake and clinical coordination that happen in real time, so comfort with fast-paced, people-facing work matters.
