At Tribe, we're on a mission to help enterprises realize the value of AI for their business. Every large enterprise wants to use AI to transform how they operate — but many don't have the capabilities to do it. That gap is our opportunity.
We're an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build and deploy best-in-class AI products that deliver real business impact. We partner closely with OpenAI and Anthropic, giving us rare visibility into the most advanced models, roadmaps, and GTM strategies in the world.
We're hiring a Senior People Operations Manager to build and own the operational side of Tribe's people function, and to build the infrastructure that lets it scale ahead of the company. Rippling is our source of truth, and you'll make it rock solid. But the real work is what you build on top of it: the integrations, automations, and processes that take manual work out of every hire, change, leave, and exit.
You'll own the full employee lifecycle, from offer through offboarding. You'll own benefits administration end to end, and you'll be the employee advocate and the front door for HR questions. You're a strategic, systems-minded builder who sees a need, raises it, and brings a solution, and you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
You'll own the operational side of our people function as a close partner, and you'll be the person who makes our internal systems as thoughtful as what we build for clients. As an AI-native company, we hold ourselves to that standard.

Tribe AI is Remote-First. Most current openings on its careers site are listed as United States, Remote, while two operations roles are based onsite in New York and one recruiting role is hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal. The careers site footer lists offices in New York, San Francisco, and Lisbon.
Yes. Every open role on Tribe AI's careers site shows a published salary band directly on the posting, and every role is tagged as offering equity. US roles are banded in US dollars, and the Lisbon-based recruiting role is banded in euros.
Tribe AI runs a structured four-step process: a recruiter introduction, conversations with the team and a co-founder, and a take-home exercise or working session. The company commits to response times, saying it will come back with a clear answer and won't keep candidates waiting.
Forward-deployed is Tribe AI's default working model: instead of building from a distance, team members sit with the enterprise teams they serve, learn how those teams actually operate, and build AI that creates value from day one. The Forward Deployed AI Engineer posting states plainly that you'll be embedded with enterprise clients.
Tribe AI interviewed and scored every employee across six AI-capability dimensions and gave each person an individual growth profile. Findings from that internal AI-fluency program, including that most home-built AI tools never made it past a single laptop, went on to shape the company's quarterly priorities.
