You will be the product marketing owner for two of our AI platform product areas: our agent orchestration and steering platform (Agent Harness) and the AI engine that powers resolution across every customer conversation (AI Core). This is a full-stack, hands-on senior IC role: you own positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and sales enablement for both areas end to end, without a manager doing the work alongside you.
This is a builder's PMM role at a company whose product is AI. The buyers are technical, the product changes weekly, and the market narrative moves faster than any launch calendar. You need to be able to sit in an eval review, understand what changed in the model or agent behavior, and translate it into a story a CX leader and their technical team both believe.
$150,000 to $185,000 annual salary + equity + benefits
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
