We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Cashalo team in the Philippines. In this role, you’ll ensure only our best work reaches our customers. You’ll collaborate with a high-powered team to develop and execute test plans and automation suites for projects reaching millions of users. Your testing will ensure robustness and integrity for our customers and business. The automation you create will enhance our agility as we scale. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of new features and product lines—shaping work in early stages, building our testing capabilities, and coordinating with stakeholders for deployment to ensure we hit our goals.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in our Manila office 2 days/week.

Tilt is remote-first. Most roles are remote, but some positions are tied to non-remote locations, largely within its NIRA (India) and Cashalo (Philippines) regional sub-brands.
Roles are pinned to specific countries or regions rather than open worldwide. Tilt hires remotely in the US, EU, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico, with additional roles in India and the Philippines. The 14-country footprint describes where employees are, not blanket hiring eligibility.
Yes, for US-remote roles: Tilt displays a salary band on each US posting, and every US posting includes equity. Non-US postings do not display compensation.
