We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to focus on new business acquisition and open new enterprise logos across product-led companies. In this role, you will be required to be a hunter, to open doors, build a pipeline from scratch, and lead complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles with senior product and engineering executives. Joining our Growth team, you will act as a key revenue driver targeting $300K+ annual contract value opportunities. This is not an account management or renewal-focused role.
At Testlio, we aim to hire individuals who are excited about their role, thrive in a fully remote environment, and have strong long-term potential with our team. Because we are a fully distributed company, our interview process includes conversations with several team members so you can get a well-rounded understanding of the role, the people you’ll work with, and how we collaborate. Yes. Testlio calls itself a 100% remote company: there is no office to report to, just an optional collaboration space in Tallinn, and it has treated distributed work as the default since 2013 — years before the industry's pandemic-era shift.
Testlio's own pages list a quarterly well-being stipend for full-time employees, optional counseling through Siffi, $500 crisis-aid grants available to employees, contractors, and freelancers, humanitarian relocation assistance, and carbon offsets for work travel.
Beyond regular team calls, Testlio pairs people up for casual chats through Donut and runs smaller Connections events through the year, and the whole company meets in person once a year at LionFest.
Both. Alongside full-time roles in engineering, delivery, sales, and marketing, Testlio maintains a freelance tester community spanning 150+ countries, and many open listings are paid freelance testing projects rather than permanent positions.
Testlio hires through its Greenhouse board at boards.greenhouse.io/testlio. Full-time roles are typically scoped as remote within a region such as the Americas or EMEA, while freelance testing gigs are often country-specific.
