Events Manager, Offsites & Experiences
Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide.
Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use. Check out our ratings on G2.
Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees — our employee NPS is in the high 80s.
Twice a year, we bring our fully remote team of ~175 people together in an incredible destination. We go all out on these trips, and the team gets excited about them months in advance. Read more about them in our public handbook.
We’ve traveled together to Mexico City, Lisbon, Medellin, Vail, and Santa Barbara. Our next offsite will be in Seville, Spain, in March 2027. We care about every part of the trip: a great hotel, meals, activities people will actually enjoy, and a few surprises along the way.
We’re looking for someone to own these experiences from the early planning through the final day onsite. It takes creativity, operational skill, and great communication. You’ll research destinations, plan the schedule, manage the logistics, and communicate with the team throughout.
To the rest of the company, you’ll be the face of one of the most fun parts of working at Tremendous — the person who builds excitement, keeps everyone informed, and sets the tone for the trip.

Every open role is fully remote and there is no office to report to. Tremendous has historically hired across the Americas and has more recently been adding roles in Europe and the UK, so eligibility is set per role rather than by one company-wide list — check the location line on the posting you are interested in. Wherever you are, the team keeps baseline collaboration hours from 12 to 3 PM Eastern and gets together for semi-annual company offsites and in-person team meetings.
Tremendous pays localized salaries, which its handbook defines as market comp influenced by where you live, benchmarked against Pave and Radford data. Every role posts its band in the currency that matches the hiring location — mostly USD, with GBP on UK and Europe roles. The same title carries a lower band in Brazil than in the US, and every level includes equity. Comp levels are reviewed each January and July, without anyone having to ask for a raise.
Unlimited, untracked PTO that you are explicitly expected to use, 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents plus 4 more for a birthing parent after five months at the company, and fully covered health, dental, and vision for US employees. The home office stipend is $750 and resets every three years, and professional development runs on a company card for anything under $200 a year, no approval needed.
Work is async-first and the documentation bar is high, so the calendar stays light and big recurring meetings get scrutinized hard. Major decisions still get a live discussion: the handbook is explicit that it is not a no-meeting culture. In the company's own words: if you prefer briefs to meetings, speed over certainty, and transparency to silos, you'll be right at home.
No. Tremendous bought out its original investors in 2013 and has been owned by its founders and employees ever since, and it is profitable with no outside investment. It has scaled past 150 employees across three continents on that footing, and reviews comp levels every January and July rather than on a fundraising cycle.
