The opportunity
Altruist is hiring an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Core and Lending products. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. In close partnership with Product, Design, Sales, and other cross-functional teams, you will own end-to-end GTM strategy for key platform launches and lead stakeholder alignment and approvals.
This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco FiDi office, with three days per week in the office.

Mostly no. Altruist is a Structured Hybrid company where employees work from an office three days per week. As of mid-2026, 48 of its 50 open roles were office-based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas, with only two US-only remote positions, including some territory-based sales roles.
